WWL Frequently Asked Answers
1. What is the amount required for a deposit on hired items?
A $50 deposit is required for wishing wells & treasure chests and $100 deposit is required for ceremony items. The deposit is deducted from the total of your invoice and the balance owing is then due 10 days prior to your function date. If you wish, we also accept payment in full, which is then another service you can mark off your list as 'paid in full'. Should you cancel your booking, the $50 non-refundable deposit will be forfeited. (Click here for our Refund Policy)

2. What are Wishing Wells or Treasure Chests used for?
If you don't need any household items and you would prefer money, the Wishing Well or Treasure Chest holds these gifts in a lockable & secure place at your Reception.

3. Do you sell your Wishing Wells or Treasure Chests?
Our Wells & Chests are for hire only. We do not sell them.

4. What does your Delivery fee cover?
Delivery to your venue, set up & collection, usually on the same day. We will organise this with your Venue. (PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE YOUR WELL OR CHEST FROM YOUR VENUE)

5. Do you hire Ivory or Red Carpets?
We have Plush Red and Ivory Carpets for hire. Measurements - 3, 7 and 10 metres long by 1.2 metres wide.

6. Are your white ceremony chairs padded on the seat?
Yes - Our White Deluxe Ceremony chairs are very comfortable!

7. Our Reception does not finish till midnight - is this a problem for pick up?
Late pick ups are our specialty. We will organise this with your Venue.

8. I need a Wishing Well for a Christening - can you provide one?
Our White Wishing Wells are perfect for Christenings. They can be decorated with Baby Pink, Baby Blue, Pale Green, Pale Yellow or White Ribbons to suit your needs. This is a great start for your baby's bank account!

9. Can you play music for our guests, while they wait for the Bride to arrive?
Yes! - Weddings with Love is licensed by P.P.C.A. to play your selection of music before, during and after your ceremony. We can also offer a wide selection of music choices (eg traditional, modern, romantic or your choice)

10. Our ceremony is in a park near the beach, is your sound system battery operated?
Our sound systems are custom made to suit outdoor venues, where electricity is unavailable.

11. How long are the "Aisles of Love ®" ?
The maximum length is 10 metres in length, there are five decorated poles either side of the aisle and can be adjusted to suit your site requirements

12. How secure is your Treasure Chest?
Access to the Treasure Chest is via key only - we recommend the key be held by a responsible person until the chest is ready to be emptied. The Chest measures 500mm x 600mm so it cannot be readily taken away without being noticed!

13. When we have our first dance, can the light on the Wishing Well be dimmed?
All Wells & Chests have a dimmer that can be adjusted to suit your ambient lighting mood.

15. Can I add my own decorations to a Wishing Well? I have some butterflies that I would like to put on the well.
You can add your own decorations around the base of the Well or Chest (eg fresh flowers, sand & shells and other theme related items). Please do not pin, tack or stick any deocrations to the fabric or the woodwork.

16. Is a bond required to hire a Wishing Well or Treasure Chest?
A bond may be required in certain circumstances - we will advise at the time of booking.

17. Can I use the "Bells of Love" at my garden ceremony or are they only for Church Weddings?
Yes ! - The Bells of Love are completely portable & can be set up at any ceremony site you choose.

18. The white fabric bridal arch looks lovely, but I want one that only has greenery and flowers - is that an option?
We have two styles to choose from - White Fabric covered with white draping and a flowered garland or Greenery with White Flowers ( with an option to add further white flowers).

19. If my HTB uses the "I Do Microphone" will it pick up my vows as well?
The "I Do microphone" clips onto the lapel of the grooms suit & will usually pick up your voice as well.

20. I see that you are an A.B.I.A. award winner - what is the A.B.I.A. ?

21. I already have my "Signature Frame" for our Reception - do you hire easels?
We have a range of easels available in ornate, modern, floor standing and table models.

22. How long is your red or ivory carpet?
Our plush red or ivory carpet comes in lengths of 3, 7 and 10 metres (1.2 metres wide).

23. Can I make a booking enquiry for my Wishing Well on line?

24. I don't want to sit down behind a table to sign the Registry Book - do you have a Signing table that I can stand behind?
Our glass top signing table is perfect to show off your wedding gown, as you both stand & sign the register.

25. Do you have chair covers in colours other than white?
We have suppliers that can provide chair covers in many colours, complimented by various sashes in all the colours of the rainbow!

26. How long before our ceremony begins, do you arrive to set up?
Usually we arrive 45 minutes prior to your ceremony commencement or a little earlier for larger set ups.

27. Do you charge any other fees when we hire your dedorations for our ceremony?
Our standard prices include waiting time up to 30 minutes after you have been announced "Husband & Wife". If you require our hired items for an extended period (eg Group Photos, Congratulatory Toasts etc) we will negotiate a fee for the time involved.
